6ES5928-3UA11造粒滑動監測儀表選用德愛福門(ifm)monitor fs-2控制儀表，計數頻率高達400hz(脈沖長度*小值》1.2ms)，掃描速度非?？?，與現在工控主流大型控制器相比有很大的優勢，例如plc的掃描速度為一般為650ms/次，*快達到50ms/次，dcs掃描速度一般為1秒/次，*快為200ms/次。所以高速旋轉的電機速度測量不能用plc和dcs。以單片機為核心的控制儀表非常適合高速運行電機速度的測量。ifm電感式接近開關可靠性高、抗干擾能力強、測量速度快。與機械開關相比，電感式傳感器具有的先決條件：無接觸和無磨損的工作方式及高的開關頻率和開關精度。此外，它們抗震蕩、防止灰塵和潮濕。電感式傳感器可以無接觸地檢測所有的金屬。

4 滑動檢測過程
在機組開機后，儀表電磁閥通電，儀表動力風推動摩擦離合器結合。電機啟動運行，并傳動螺桿壓縮機運行。滑動檢測儀表及時監測主電機及螺桿壓縮機連軸的同速轉動情況，并把控制節點信號輸入plc做停機條件。造粒主電機轉數一般為1000prm/m，即為33個脈沖/秒(一個軸上兩個檢測塊)，儀表時刻檢測離合器兩側的轉數，當兩側脈沖信號差每秒大于7個的時候，控制儀表節點斷開，輸入plc的信號消失，造粒機組連鎖停車。在檢測過程中，儀表能同時顯示電機側和螺桿壓縮機連軸側的轉數。并能按儀表掃面速度及時刷新。
