profinet交換機構建冗余光纖環網，各工藝段的電氣設備不再按物理劃分，全部就近接入工業以太網profinet。各工藝段的邏輯結構在組態時完成，與硬件位置無關。

現場操作員終端通過profinet與所有控制段plc通訊，實現對相關控制段設備的授權監控，同時還通過profinet與生產管理層連接，直接從生產管理層獲得生產作業計劃、批次任務、配方參數等生產數據，并將相關生產段的生產信息傳遞給生產管理層。數據服務器同樣通過以太網接入工業以太網profinet，采集相關數據。無線以太網交換機可以使工作人員的無線設備便捷地連入網絡開展工作。圖2是制絲線控制系統結構圖。
