木塑門板生產線

木塑寬幅板材生產線主要用于：PVC+木粉。生產整體門板，建筑模板等其它木塑板才的擠出。該生產線采用我公司獨創的木塑工藝及配方。可以根據不同板材斷面，根據板材的不同用途，設計不同的產品比重。選用不同規格的木塑專用雙螺桿擠出機，及木塑專用單螺桿擠出機，并可配置相應的真空定型臺，牽引機，橫向切割機，翻料平臺等輔助設備。更換不同的模具即可生產不同規格的木塑板材。牽引機采用我公司獨特技術，工作平穩，可靠性好，牽引力大。真空定型采用特殊加大渦流冷卻系統，便于冷卻定型，以滿足寬幅木塑板才的生產特點的需要。橫向切割裝置與板材牽引速度保持同步，設計合理，運行穩定，可自動定尺切割，并配備粉塵回收裝置。

Production：
